Can I make the form expire on a certain date?

Sure you can. Setting the form expiration date is simple to do. It is one of the form "Limits" options provided by FormTitan.
Following are steps to make your form expire on a certain date:

1-	Sign in to your FormTitan account.
2-	Enter your form in the form builder.
3-	Open your "Form properties" > "Settings" > "Limits" Category > Form available from-to.
4-	Enter a Start date and an End Date. Your form will only be active during this period.
